1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WaitToUnlock ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What WaitToUnlock Does
WaitToUnlock guides you through setting a new iPhone Screen Time passcode, then stores it encrypted on our servers. If you ever need it back, the Service enforces a time delay before revealing it, keeping you accountable to your own screen time limits.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Your Account
You sign in via Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and any activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the user menu, which permanently removes all your data.
5. Payment & Lifetime Access
WaitToUnlock is available as a one-time purchase of $9.99 USD for lifetime access. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms and confirm the transaction is authorised.
Lifetime access means access for as long as the Service is available and operational.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with WaitToUnlock within 30 days of your purchase, email us at shorekey.apps@protonmail.com with your purchase confirmation and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Refund requests submitted after 30 days of purchase will not be eligible.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or circumvent any part of the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access another user's account or data
- Initiate a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
You are solely responsible for the passcode you store and any consequences of losing access to your device.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaitToUnlock and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of access to your device or data, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for it.
10. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uptime. We may suspend or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice. If we discontinue the Service permanently, we will offer a prorated refund to recent purchasers where possible.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
